Mild-mannered, bald electro mastermind Moby has rolled out the carpet for this new track from his Best Of collection. No relation to the Frank Sinatra tune, this is the song to her adopted city that kabbalah’d cockneyfied Madonna is now too far removed to make.
So its eminently suitable to have the original Big Apple blondie, Debbie Harry, holding court on a thumping techno blow up, set skyward on a U2-style guitar riff while Debbie sings of having diamonds in her hair. Daft but fun.
