3. Blondie and INXS live
Yes, we had to do a double take on that too. Debbie Harry still lives and, erm, INXS still do too apparently. Actually, perhaps Debbie looks a little like Michael Hutchence would have ended up looking if he hadn’t wanked himself to… oops, sorry, we meant to say tragically asphyxiated on the back of a hotel door.
It’s always worth going to see Blondie, even if they can’t quite shake it to the hits like they used to. If anything, it’s worth turning up just to see what inappropriate atrocity Debbie Harry has poured herself into. Catch this odd coupling at the London Arena and Docklands Arena, 17-18 December. Madness, we call it.
