confirms Blondie’s future
DEBBIE HARRY, our Star of the Month, has her first solo album due into the shops next week – and now has her own natural brunette hair colour. But Blondie fans need have no fear about the band’s future. Debbie assured Music Scene that the band will not be splitting and that solo work will not interfere with the band’s future.
“We’ll have a new Blondie album out early next year, and my solo album is a project that I wanted to do with the guys who produced all those great Chic records.”
The album – KooKoo – was produced by disco kings Bernard Edwards and Nile Rodgers and 50 TVTimes readers can win signed copies of the record in the competition here.
